Hotel Golden Veena- Mount Abu- 1 Km From Nakki Lake

We had a great stay here! The staff was helpful and courteous, especially Vishal. The cleanliness and hotel facilities were on point and we appreciated the ample parking available for us. The location was also convenient for us to explore this beautiful city.

The hotel staff was excellent - Vishal was very helpful. Clean and tidy rooms. Good road connectivity. Great location.

Not one thing.

Location and helpful staff were the best aspects of the hotel. the hotel was located near to the popular tourist spots which made travelling easy. the staff was friendly and helped us with everything that we needed during our stay. We also loved the fact that the hotel offered us complimentary breakfast every day.

There were a few things that we did not like about the hotel. the room that we were provided with did not match the photographs available on the website.

The location was superb, really close to the lake and other attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful when we needed recommendations on places to go. The room was cozy and clean, with a comfy bed and decent amenities. We had breakfast included, and it was really nice to start the day with hot coffee and a variety of tasty dishes to choose from.

The hot water supply was limited, and we had to schedule our showers accordingly. The room was smaller than expected, and we could hear some noise from other guests.

The hotel provides helpful and clean rooms, with a good location, near to the main road, making it easy to reach other places. the rooms have clean linens, with mosquito and fly free spaces and on top of that, the staff try their best to accommodate the guests.

The hotel needs to provide better quality breakfast options.
